Mad City is a hotel project with around sixty rooms on the islands estate in Sion. The study was carried out with the aim of ensuring a minimum impact on this magnificent site of the bourgeoisie of Sion. The hotel aims to have a negative carbon footprint and will be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.
